1. Who can apply?
Any Afghan living in an EU Member State, holding at least a bachelor’s degree and a skill or area of expertise that cannot be currently found in Afghanistan of relevance for the reconstruction and development of the country.
2. How can I apply for the PAEP-EU Programme?
Go to Job Application page and click on the PAEP-EU Application Form to download. After downloading, fill in the application form and send it to info-paep-eu@iom.int for evaluation and processing. All applications are strictly confidential, and will not be disclosed without the consent of the applicant.
3. Do I have to search for a vacancy by myself on the site?
You can see available job offers or vacancies in the New Vacancies page and send your application directly info-paep-eu@iom.int where it would be registered for evaluation and future vacancies.
4. Is there insurance coverage?
You are expected to purchase your own life insurance and health coverage from your current country of residence.
5. Will the programme provide the equipment I need during my assignment?
On a case by case basis, the programme will provide you with the necessary equipment for the performance of your duties during your assignment when not already available. The equipment is the property of the Ministry or institution you will be working with.
